So I promised myself I would post an update today so I can take a look at what really happens to me during a day. I'm not sure how interesting this is actually going to be to anyone but me so bear with me.
Today I:
*Got up around 9:45 with a splitting headache, probably caused by my sleeping wrong and dislocating my neck some. (something to work on)
*Compulsively checked my cellphone to make sure no one from work called. (DEFINATELY need to change)
*Had my daily ritual panic attack about work, since the first thing I immediately think of before work is "What did I do wrong?" or "What am I going to get hollered at about?" (need to change)
*Cleaned up the house some, though not as much as I would have liked...I got distracted by being panicky. (Need to change)
*Hemmed and hawwed about going to work. (need to change)
*Made it out the door to work and managed to talk myself out of panicking. (accomplishment)
*Got to work and felt better, stayed focused on my tasks for 9 hours straight and came home to write this entry.
Looking at it, there are a good number of general things about my day I want to change. The question I really want to answer is how is the best way to go about making these changes. First things first, I have to keep writing here in my journal daily.
