My apologies for the latest entry. Meant it, of course, to be private.
I've been in a funk lately, but you'll forgive me for that because I think my earliest memory is listening to "Under the Bridge" in our apartment in Stuttgart. What did this foretell about my life? Why, lots of things:
(1) My sister did a lot of cocaine.
We'll stop there.
There are few things that get me going as much as the first few notes in that song, however. Top 5 other songs that do this to me:
(1) Gimmie Shelter - The Rolling Stones
(2) Bitches Ain't Shit - Ben Folds
(3) Daft Punk is Playing at My House - LCD Soundsystem
(4) I Believe - Blessid Union of Souls
(5) Teardrop - Massive Attack
Important things I have learned in my life include, but are not limited to:
(a) Exercise.
(b) Using Nair after shaving will get you really fucking bad razor burn. It will never go away.
(c) Don't understimate the power of public transportation.
(d) Biology.
(e) Don't be on a permanent antibiotic.
Hey virgins! Boy do I have lots of things for you to contemplate today!
(!) Get the HPV vaccination recently approved by the FDA. While not effective against every form of HPV, it targets four types believed to cause 70+% of cervical cancer cases and 90+% of genital warts. Don't buy into the culture of virginity or death.
