week in review
So I guess this last week or so has been pretty fun. Caught a couple movies this weekend which, unlike just about every other movie this summer, I actually enjoyed: Superbad & Bourne Ultimatum. One is full or laughs, One is full of action. All in all, pretty good times...
Got to see my friend Rob, too. Rob has moved up here to work at the Boston Globe recently. His work schedule leaves a lot to be desired however (for me anyways), so even though he's been up here a month we've probably only hung out twice or thrice. Basically he's running night shifts and taking Mon/Tues weekends, which is nigh impossible to schedule around.
Caught dinner earlier this week, hung out tonight, and probably going to grab brunch in the morning. It's funny, after about 2-3 years away from each other we pick up right where we left off, generally... except this time without the Simpsons quotes (which I think I've long forgotten and replaced with Will Ferrell quotes by now).
