why are you closing your eyes like it's the end?
I've been in a sort of emotional mess since news broke out about Daesung's car accident. Those of you who follow me on twitter will have noticed that I tweet about BIGBANG quite a lot. I'm addicted to them, to be quite honest.
So it's very unsettling that BIGBANG... let's be honest... may never come back again. Why? Because Korean fans take everything way too much at heart an if they do comeback, it might be with minus one member, and they may never be as successful as they were.
In a way, I actually hope they do comeback as five, and prove every anti wrong... prove that one car accident where the details are very sketchy (one thing's for sure, he never intended to run over that motorcyclist, and I don't even need to know the guy in person; he's just too much of a morally sound sweetheart) WON'T break their stride. I'd want DaeDae to sing his little heart out and show them all.
God, he's had such a round of bad luck, hasn't he? Being accepted into YG only "because of his smile" (they used to call him ugly and I think he still bears the scars inside), the first car accident in 2009 where he badly mangled his car and nearly killed his stylist and manager inside, the drama What's Up that he shot last year but that no one will pick up despite the fucking awesome series previews (YG, please buy the rights and air it on BIGBANG's youtube channel plzkthnx) and now this. A car accident where he ran over an already bleeding biker that he may or may not have killed (someone did a hit and run and left the guy in the middle of the bridge). GOD. *hugs him*
YGE, please take note: do NOT break up this wonderful group of talented young men. If push comes to shove, have 2NE1 do what BIGBANG did for them: help them get their rep again through another collab. And BIGBANG could help 2NE1 get over their "rookie"-ish stage fright (let's face it, they're not comfortable on stage yet). And I'd get more of my two favourite groups in one place, woot.
But all kidding and hoping aside... Daesung-ah, please remain strong through this tough time. God only knows how difficult it must be for anyone to go through this, but this guy's in the public eye and he's been deviled by the press for no good goddamn reason (since nothing's been proven yet) and it breaks my heart :( Anyway, there are thousands of us who are here to support you in thought through this tragedy.
