almost free, and highlanders still turn me on

Theology exam went smoothly I think. One of the two questions was one I was heavily leaning toward since we had to buy The Gospel of Judas. I can't believe some people though... I mean okay it's an elective and it's religion which *shrug* not that I couldn't care less but I'm not all that omgyesss. But still. Some people left a half hour in. And one of the girls got effing pissed off that she had to wait a minute to get her ID card, because they do have to follow procedures you know. WTF people, what crawled up your asses. This is a rhetorical question, I do not care to know.

Roman Art History test Thursday. Tomorrow is note-recopying time again, woot. And then afterward I have to write that "argument to the book publisher" regarding which two German prints are most representative of the Weimar period.

Began Highlander Unmasked in the bus while listening to music (I find it supremely hilarious that both rides, to and from school, finished with Soho Dolls' "Stripper") and avoiding freaking out over the exam by studying. I read somewhere that you shouldn't study too much the day of an exam because you go through a blockage thinking you completely forgot something. It's true actually. I mean, I studied a bit before sitting for the exam, but the not-studying-manically thing helped because the info was still somewhat fresh in my mind from this morning and just needed some mild recalling. Keyword notes are A+

Speaking of the theology exam, I'm guessing my studying last night produced this morning's NJBC 9/11 dream. Terror = kamikazes = religious war etc.? I know, it hit me in the bus while reading about Highlanders meeting again at Holyrood Castle weeks after the hero saved her ass mid-frantic trying to defend herself and her mother from outlaws. Multi-tasking, bb.

But ANYWAY, back to the book. Very nice so far. The cover's purple and there's some very mild purple prose though it's not gag-worthy. I wasn't expecting anything bad anyway because Highlander Untamed wasn't too purple either so I knew I was safe there. From the snippet at the beginning Meg's a saucy little thing so it should be fun, but yeah I'm kind of afraid that it's going to lag mid-book like HU did. But it's good so far. Meg's just told Alex he's a liar and he's like "what me? Okay so fine, you saw me two weeks ago. Happy?" / "Now you're just trying to make me shut up" / "Did it work?" I heart banter!

Okay, shutting my yap. I could blather on all night but I won't. I'll let Blake's BTS creep you out ;)
