judo lulz, ep.2
Judo was good. Still no crush in sight :( but we had a fun class helping the younger kids and then fighting them (you want help? I crush you muhaha). My sensei did mention he wants Zander and I to do a sort of showcase of our kata during the last class this year (so the kids go oooh and aaaah ;P ) so we're going to be working on tightening up little details like pace and no giggling and stuff. We're very prone to giggling, so that'll be doubly hard. For example, today the gigglefest was all about "muscle men" which prompted us to go all cartoon character and "muffin man" on each other. It was one of those "you had to be there" moments. I'm still giggling as I write this lol.
I was supposed to get a lift from mum afterward, but she had a migraine so I had to beg one out of Zander and his dad. We ended up going to an Arabic supermarket and getting baklavas. I had two. They were nearly forced into my mouth, but I finally relented. I mean, hello? Baklavas? Yes'm!
Anyway. So that's that for judo today. Back to srs business i.e. Art History essay. Two more and then done! Whee no more bullshitting!
