The Real Collective presents;

EARLY DAY MINERS (Bloomington, USA)
Dreamy lullabies bridging the gap between luscious 90's indie rock
(think the quieter moments of Elliot, SDRE..) and the haunting sadness
of slower, more contemplative folk/indie (think Low, Ida, Nick Cave..)
Finally on their first ever tour of the United Kingdom, for the release of
their SEVENTH studio album, 'The Treatment', they visit Manchester as
their only North/Midlands show of a short, selective tour. Records released
on Secretly Canadian records (Damien Jurado, Antony and the Johnsons, Dirty
Projectors etc) and sure to be a delight.

EMPHEMETRY (Derby)
Biff from The Little Explorer and Crash Of Rhinos plays the most beautiful and gently
hushed songs. It's been four years since he's last played in Manchester (at the Phoenix
with Molia Falls, no less) and here he'll be again. Listen to songs at;

ABOVE THEM (Pontefract)
Beautiful and incredibly anthemic indie rock from t'other side of the Pennines. Full on
what the hell amazing. New record 'Blueprint For a Better Time' out now on LP at this gig!

THE FTSE 100 (Manchester)
Financial funk from former and current members of Burnst, Germany and the Freezing
Fog. Full on awesome and genuinely jaw-droppingly great instrumental rock akin to lazy
descriptions like Don Caballero and Faraquet.
