Broke 225 pounds this morning. Five more to lose and I can get back in my 36 inch jeans and slacks. This still may seem like a lot of weight but I'm 6'3" and bench 3000 pounds during my workouts (30 * 100). I'm trying to get in shape for my Canada trip next month so I'm working on endurance not particularly mass. Today's weight training and I have to do it at the gym because its going to be almost 100 *F today here. With the humidity the heat index will be near 110. This is definitly a stay inside type day. Problem is it's so hot that I can't bike on my off days. I really enjoy that and I'm up to 10+ miles a trip now. I don't want to lose that.

Enought for now. Got to get to work.
