Life and other bruises
Still getting over the cold, but doing better. Really only snuffly with a small cough now. Work was a little rough today, but nothing too bad. Trevor has a cold and was having a bad day, so he was aggressing toward everyone. I only got nailed a couple of times though, and have impressed Marquis with my reflexes. LOL So only a couple new bruises to add to my battle scars. ;) Hopefully once he's over being sick he'll be easier to handle...
Boo met me at work yesterday and we tried to go to the Japanese tea gardens, but they were closed when we got there. So we sat around in Saratoga chatting for a while. Then we drove down to Santa Cruz for ice cream. This time we tried the licorice flavor. It was kinda weird but tasty! And of course, we had our usual peppermint. ;) Then we headed downtown and wandered in a couple stores, went for hot chocolate made from real melted chocolate, and then had dinner at Pizza My Heart. Then we came home and went to bed. Yay sleep!
She was so cute yesterday. She bought me monkey socks and a new toothbrush. And an abnoxiously cute Halloween card. LOL
Saturday night we played drinking games and goofed off.
Not much else going on. Oh- I finally got paid!! Yay having money again!!! *happy dance*
