the week in review
Sunday was the TKT show at KoC. It went smashingly well, even though Folsom Street Fair was the cause of a smaller than hoped for turn-out. bluize, the bartender, actually called people to come down and hear them once they started cause she liked them. She was also extremely impressed with their cover of a Morrissey song, and she's awfully picky about covers. Talk about high praise!
Monday justnate, his mother, and I made the trek up to Hayward to move all my stuff out. Mildee was at work, and her parents came out to help her move. They gave me so much attitude and tried to prevent me from getting my stuff out that I actually had to call an officer out to mediate. The cop that came out was really cute, too! So we got my stuff and it's all in storage now. I was tired after all that, but it was movie night and a certain someone was demanding my attendance, so after debate I decided to go be social. They were watching Carnivale, so I got to rewatch the end of the series. Now I just need to see the end of 1st season and most of 2nd season. Le sigh! enzeru brought stuff to make a casting of my face so she can make me a spiffy mask for Halloween. Yay!
Tuesday was spend at someone's house, which had not been the original plan, but we know how those plans can change! LOL Anyhoo, that means today I need to make more phone calls about interviews and such. Funfun.
Not much else going on, don't know of any plans yet for the rest of the week. I'm sure that will change soon enough!
