Updates and Xmas Party info
Yeah, I know, I haven't updated in a while. There's actually a reason for that- no internet access! I usually had access through the work computer, but they're closing all the NorCal stores, so I am now out of work. Irk. Wrong time of year to be looking for a job, let me tell you! *sigh*
But on the bright side, I was able to finally attend Dickens Faire because of it. It's really fun, and I hope to have a schedule that will allow me to go back next year! Also went to this month's Gaskell. Which was nice, as I hadn't been in... oh, years, really. *hangs head in shame* I think the goal is to have better dancing shoes by February's Gaskell. ^_^
Finished Xmas shopping. Have gifts for TKT members and the Sac crowd in general. Just gotta figure when a good time to haul them up will be. Do they have a show coming up soon, maybe?
Which leads me to the Xmas party. :)

My house (I've been there two months, it doesn't have a name yet) in San Jose, CA. If you don't have the address, let me know and I'll get it to you. Or call me at 408-230-0485 for directions. ^___^
I will probably start cooking around noon or 1pm. Feel free to come around then if you like. I know others will be arriving around 4-5pm. Crash space can be made available for those who need it. There IS a dog in the house. She is friendly and childproof, so bring your kids if you like. Just don't let her outside unless she is attached to a leash and the leash is attached to a person. ;)
There will be presents and music and movies and games and lots of food. Please come and be social and enjoy! :) Bring yourselves, bring your families, bring your friends, bring anyone you think would have fun. The more, the merrier! Some alcohol will be available (including a really TASTY Etheopian meade), but I by no means have a full bar yet, so please feel free to bring more if there's anything in particular you would like.
There will be tea and scones and sandwiches, in the style of an English afternoon tea. There will be lamb and veggies, breads and salad, tarts and gingerbread. Plenty for the carnivors and vegetarians alike.
