There's nothing like Candian beer, eh?

Hello, people-type persons. It has been far too long since my last update, and I do apologize. I'm pretty tired at the moment, so I won't go deep into any particular topic, I'll just skim over some of the lights, high and otherwise.

So Thanksgiving was fun. Angie and I stayed at Cara's house. She has a nice house. Her boyfriend is pretty cool too. Yay for her.

Mike and Heather got married. Good for them. :-) The ceremony was very nice, as was the reception. Unfortunately, I was amid the plague, so we had to leave early.

Go me. I replaced our old thermostat with a new programmable one without electrocuting myself or blowing anything up. It works and everything! Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of adventures in home improvement. For the record: WALLPAPER IS PURE EVIL. We scraped all of the wallpaper trim off the dining room walls, and repainted the room. Finally, it is done, after far too long. But it looks really nice...now we just need to get the house clean before my family comes up next weekend.

Speaking of family, we got a bunch of Christmas cards today. They're being displayed on our French doors. I think it looks rather swell. Anyway, certain relatives who shall remain nameless evidently think our last name is "Colton". Oopsie. :-)

Alas, not all is sunshine and rainbows. I found out on Monday that Kevin's dad is in the hospital. Subsequent updates have revealed that he had a 1-2" tumor on one of his kidneys, which is now removed.

In happier news, Randy has babies. I haven't heard from him yet, despite my mild pesterings, but twins can be time-consuming, I suppose. Angie and I are not having babies just yet, so calm down.

Okay, I think that covers most of it. See ya later, alligator.
