It could be that Voldemort wants to eat your brains
So I got an e-mail from the mortgage guy at the bank this morning. Our house appraised at $85k. And we're paying $75k. Woohoo! Our real estate agent said there's a 50/50 chance that we'll be able to close on Monday. I sure hope we can, because that would be AMAZING. He did say that we should definitely be able to close next week some time. So I guess I'd better get the paint together so we can start doing stuff before its time to move. We'll probably do the actual moving the 19th or the 26th. Perhaps I can start packing more stuff in the not-too-distant future. I'm kinda anxious to get moved, but I want to give us enough time to redo the floors and paint, etc.
