Questions from Cindy

1. If you had to choose a different time era to live, when would you and why?
The late 1800s. I think it would be awesome to live in the era when cowboys were real. I wouldn't want to be one of those prissy girls with the big pouffy dress. It would be much more fun to be a cowgirl with my own pistols.

2. If your personality became an inanimate object, what object would it be?
A dust bunny. Or a rock.

3. Give the option to survive and fully experience one of the following, which one would you choose: hurricane, tornado or volcano?
Tornado. That much power packed into an unstoppable force...terrifing and awe-inspiring.

4. What do you want to do with your degree, specifically? What is your ultimate dream job?
With my MET degree, I would love to gather data and research the characteristics of storms. It would be wonderful to be able to extend warning times. I want to do field research, too. My dream job, however, would be to own an automotive repair shop. Meteorology, of course, would be my hobby. I just think it would be cool to own a shop called "Jack's". All the big burly guys would come in there expecting to see a male lead mechanic, but alas, it would be little ol' me.

5. How many licks does it take to get to the center of the tootsie pop?
I am not sure. I tried to figure that out when I was younger, but I am too impatient. One, two, three, CHOMP!!

Questions from Bruce

1. What is your favorite alcoholic drink?
Leinie Beer. I am a big fan of strawberry coconut daiquiris, though.

2. If you could be an insect what would you be?
Hmm... I would want to be a moth.

3. What was your favorite childhood toy?
My dirt bike.

4. What was the most romantic date you have been on?
I've never really been on a romantic date. One of the best times I had with some, however, was before we were even going out. It was early October and the aurora borealis was beautiful. It was mostly green, with a little bit of red. We sat out next to the oredock, leaning against my truck's wheel. It was nice. Peaceful.

5. Who was your childhood best friend?
Hilary. Except when she locked me in her playhouse. Butthead.

Questions from Nikki

01. What was your first impression of me?
I thought you seemed like a lot of fun. You were nice and funny. You were accepting of me throughout the drama that was last fall. I wanted to be your friend.

02. What's your favorite popsicle flavor?
Rootbeer.

03. When did you first discover your passion for weather?
Honestly, when I was really young storms terrified me. At the slightest hint of a thunderstorm, I would be in the basement covered with pillows (after, of course, I attempted to wrangle my family and animals). As cliche as it is, it was only after I saw Twister that I knew what I wanted to do in life. Perhaps it was also my life-long, futile goal of never letting emotions take control of me. I feared storms, so I learned about them.

04. If you could be a lemur, what lemur would it be?
A flying lemur.... Okay, so those are not actually lemurs, but they fly!..... Well, I guess they glide, not fly, but that is still really cool. Or I would be a Black and White Ruffed Lemur.

05. What was your wildest wish you've ever made?
To be honestly, truly happy.
