we had to take these stupid tests on this new teir at work....
1. what do you do if your helping a seven stars member and you spontaneously combust???
-stop drop and roll, then apologize for any in convenience you may have caused the customer
2. what do you do if your appendiz ruptures while helping a member?
-you pass them off to the next available host/cashier and then die;)
-just a few of the ones we came up with you know...cant be too prepared-;)
