ZOMG!*runs in circles happily* It's finished! I love the last line. Such a wonderful declaration. I really like the portrayal of Janos and Azazel as parents. Really not enough fiction that utilizes that potential aspect of their relationship, what with Azazel in canon being a father... I adore the little snippets of their lives in 'retirement'. The fights, the tender moments were well written.

Thanks! I think that is the best compliment, when someone says that your fic withstands the test of time.

And finally, I get to read this! This was one of my rewards for getting through the week from hell.

As I said before, I was both looking forward to, and dreading this chapter. I'm sorry it's over, but what a great journey it's been!

I'm glad to see they worked out a way to get Marina what she needs, even if it meant Azazel having to sacrifice time with them. But after all, that's what parents do, right?

I can't think of any one chapter without thinking about how
very honest and real the story is... Azazel's aches and pains, finding time to be alone when you have kids, infidelity, and even Marina's endless, really hard questions("We don't steal, do we?")

And the Ben Gay thing - - brilliant!

I'm so glad they made it through, and that they made their own little family. So much touched me about this story - - I know I'll be rereading it.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate your detailed review. I really enjoyed writing a longer AzRi fic. Thank you for reading it all along the way.

I'll have a new, short fic up this weekend.
