Note for Today:
Biked 40 miles, Goal was 50, but my leg gave out. Found out I still have torn muscles in the back and front from my accident. Will have to ice those this evening since they have started to swell. I avg at 15mph with a peak at 27. Some points I was able to sprint for several miles at 20 and 21. Probably if I wouldnt have done that, my leg would have made the 50. Oh well, good for me to realize strengths and weaknesses.
