So yeah, I'm a "chili-head" as they want us to call ourselves, lol.  Good news is that when we open, they expect we'll be on a wait during all open business hours for the first two weeks (therefor CRAPLOADS of money made in tips). Bad news, we don't open till Sept 30th.  But on the 30th I expect
