Don't worry about the Tonks/Remus. It was such a minor element to the story, you can ignore it. I know I did. So did most of us. I couldn't believe JKR would do that. Remus was cheating on Sirius! *waves puppyshipper banner*
Harry/Draco is my favourite ship. I read it, write it, love it. It's one of the largest ships, and defninitely the largest Harry ship, and the largest Draco ship. So many people, so much activity. The best authors and artists are all H/D, I swear. There are plenty of novel-length fics out there, as well as one-shots. G to NC-17. All of it. What floats your boat? AU? Canon-based? During school? Post-Hogwarts? Action/Adventure? Porn? I wrote a post-OotP fic that might be perfectly up your alley, especially if you haven't read HBP yet. Let me know... I can link you to a million recs lists, some of which were voted by democratic process by hundreds of shippers. :D
