A Few Notes
1) I am not dead. Merely busy.
2) I stayed for May Term, which means I'm coming home late Tuesday evening.
3) I finished with my freshman year in college, wtf? (I learned multivariable calculus, differential equations and complex analysis... I still sometimes think it's crazy when I hear myself talk... and now I have a job writing simulations for Ecology. CRAZY.).
4) I was diagnosed with depression and a sleeping disorder (well, no shit...). This doesn't mean I'll start angsting every second of every day again.
5) This one's big. I'm not sure who did this, but someone IMed Matt telling him to stay away from me. I'm not sure why, or who, or what. They gave a name I don't really recognize. I complain about him a LOT, as some of you know. That doesn't mean it's cool to take things into your own hands. I can fend for myself, and if I wanted him to fuck off, I'd tell him so myself. ... in general, it's probably not cool to IM any of my SOs, ever, to tell them to fuck off unless I ask you to (however, you are more than welcome to make an effort to get to know them through whatever means you like).
Shiro (if you still hang out around here) - you'll have to come over some time so we can make candied orange peel and dip it in chocolate together. We could also dip strawberries, as it's going to be that time of year again. In fact, we could have a "tea party" with such delicacies and some tea and/or coffee.
... if you can't tell, I am going crazy with the need for good food (though I'm cooking for myself, and it's working out alright, I'm just living on somewhat meager rations).
