Parasha: The Invisible Man - October 17th reading
Oh, with a chapter title like this, things aren't going to go very well.
Man, poor Mr. Marvel. Gotta feel sorry for him. But at least the chapter was... briefer, and less painful on his part, than I expected.
Ostria? I assume that's Austria, though I wonder why just that one country, out of all the ones in Europe.
An Alteration in the Inn... heh.
It's a bit weird to read about America being some such exotic place to these people! I mean, it's understandable, but weird. Not only being from there, but being from a time where everywhere seems so much more connected, thanks to modern media and the internet.
I like the image of butterfly money... heh. Get me a net!
And... Poor Mr. Marvel. Again. At least he's trying to get away! With, it must be admitted, a lot of stolen money. The Invisible Man must not be in very good shape if he can't catch up!
A few really short chapters this time... oh well, that's the way the ball bounces, I guess.
