The Butterfly Effect of December Boys, Mimsy & Boogeymen
nkdmangocame over on Friday night. We watched a couple of movies.
The Last Mimsy to me was a different type of ET. Cute kids trying to save a computerized rabbit from outer space.
The Boogeyman was too slow to have real scare to it. The leading guy was cute though and reminded me of commonpeople. My Bones girl Emily Deschanel got to play a different character also.
After I took Colin home, we ended up checking out the December Boys. Daniel Radcliffe as an orphan on a vacation with three other young boys. This had a bit more substance than the prior two movies, but all 3 were just so-so.
Saturday night after the Ranch we watched The Butterfly Effect. My psych teacher made a reference to it, so I figured it would be good to check into. Both Ashton and Amy Smart are nice to look at, and while this had some disturbing substance, there were too many instances of changing the past to notice if they did it correctly or not. Spooky premise.
