Staff Appreciation Dinner
Tonight, Patrick and I went to the theatre district to meet other Ranchers (and their guests). The restaurant, Angus McIndie, was directly across the street from the theatre showing Phantom of the Opera.
It was a two hour slot of open bar, and appetizers. There was a cheese platter, fruit platter, shrimp, oysters & mussels, mini quiches, quartered hamburgers, spicy chicken in tortilla cones, spring rolls, fried dumplings, potato cheese (crab) balls, bacon-wrapped scallops, mushroom pockets, and cake. Unfortunately I overstuffed.
The Big Apple Ranch will be closed until September 15th.
