(no subject)
To those who don't read my DW account as well, I'm sorry for the lack of updates. I lost access to the majority of my online accounts after the condo Miriam and I just bought had a fire and basically all of our stuff was destroyed.
Yeah, a lot has happened.
So life has been...hell, I don't know. It's been life.
Miriam and I are settled into a furnished apartment being paid for by insurance. There's been so much going on, and I only yesterday managed to get access to most of my online accounts again.
I'm not really sure how the best way to update folks on what's been happening, except maybe to just post something really long that has all the stuff I've been posting on Facebook since the fire. I was posting there because I still had access, but not here because I didn't have access to LJ, and I kept wanting to update both LJ and DW at once, so I kept not updating in either place, and I don't know why exactly it seemed like I ought to wait, but trauma-brain is not good at decision making.
Seriously, trying to make decisions about anything that has any complexity can almost cause me panic attacks right now, though I am slowly getting better.
Sorry if I'm a little disjointed here.
I want to have a record of what's been happening in my life, and DW/LJ is the place I've always done that. So I'm going to just copy-paste all the FB stuff since the fire. It'll probably be really long, so if you don't read it and have questions about future posts that you think might have been covered in there, don't even worry about it, and feel free to ask. Sometimes talking about it helps.
