I need about 26 hours in a day

Someone should vid this song for Sam at the end of season 5:

A Lion's Heart:

There's a palace a fallin'
There's a smoke in the sky
There's a boy running downhill to the lowlands tonight
And he's catching the train to where he's heard you have been
He's a fool now among us, a dreamer within
Dreaming of you

And on that day there was snowfall in the street, yellow light
And they cleared the bill and rails just by those dark shimmer eyes
In that land there's a winter
In that winter's a day
In that day there's a moment when it all goes your way
And you know it's a lion's heart
That will tumble and tear apart
When he's coming down the hills for you

But can you still now remember who's been hiding up there?
Through his howling at twilight all his songs of despair?
Do you remember the caller of a black and white crime?
Well he lives by that memory and falls from his mind
And you know it's a lion's heart
That will tumble and tear apart
When he's coming down the hills for you

Well he'll walk in the city forever
Oh, walk in a time to be gone
Well there's no real goodbye if you mean it
So I guess I'm forever alone

Now he's a stranger among us, he will die in the park
Where he hides from the statues and the weather remarks
In that land there's a winter
In that winter's a day
In that day there's a moment when it all goes away
And you know it's a lion's heart
That will tumble and tear apart
When it's coming down the hills for you

Okay, top five lists.

Books you wish would be made into movies:

Tough one, because a lot of my most beloved stories already have been made into movies. So a lot of these are slash, since that's an area where Hollywood has been lagging.
1) Far and away above all the rest is Banana Fish. I love this story much more than is seemly.
2) Stalking Darkness series, Lynn Flewelling. I'm not sure any actor could do the characters justice though.
3) Wild Swans, Three Dauthers of China. Such an intriguing and enthralling story. Almost hard to believe it's true.
4) Roger Zelazny's Chronicles of Amber. So much imagination there.
5) (Ooops, didn't realize I hadn't finished this one.) Mel Keegan's Death's Head and Equinox. Mmm, gay sci-fic mind-bonded cops, a very guilty pleasure.

books/movies/tv shows you wish would be made into crossover fics?

Well, someone already wrote my top one, which was SPN/Simon&Simon, although there could always stand to be more of those. ;D
1) I would really really like to see an American Gothic, SPN crossover. Sheriff Buck is so malevolent and creepy. And they're both such "American" shows.
2) I'm not even a huge fan of either, but Leverage/Hustle. I'd love to see the Brits con the Yanks. Plus Leverage owes a huge debt to Hustle and I'd like to see that acknowledged somewhere some day.
3) J2/Wuthering Heights. What? I LOVE angst. You should know that by now. Maybe updated? I'm not sure. Love beyond death.
4) Zack and Cody take on Dean and Sam.
5) Last, but certainly not least, J2 as Butch and Sundance-- not even necessarily the Newman-Redford version even. Humminah.

Five fictional movie characters that you wish existed in RL.
Okay, at first I was going to say stuff like King Kong or the Velociraptors from Jurassic Park as a joke, but it deserves a more serious answer. So then I thought about "heroes" I like such as Jason Bourne or James Bond, but really they're more anti-heroes than heroes and not actually good role models so the world doesn't need more people like that.

So I'm going with:
1) Doc Brown, Back to the Future
2) Doctor Doolittle
3) >.> Luke Skywalker (Come on, you gotta admit the Force would be cool to have around. I almost put Yoda here.)
4) Rick Blaine, Casablanca Because the world does need a little Bogey
5) Totoro

Your five favorite vacations that you've been on?

This one was the easiest of them. Thanks for bringing back the good memories. ;)
1) My first trip to the big island in Hawaii with my sister-- we snorkeled off a boat at Captain Cook's Cove, swam with sea turtles, toured a Kona coffee grove, saw the black sand beach and a volcano. I really like the big island a lot. Hawaii is like a whole different world.
2) Any trip to San Francisco. It's my favorite place in the world and has lots of really good memories. I feel like it's my second home.
3) A family vacation to Yosemite. This was the trip where I got to know my step-mom a little bit better.
4) Vancouver. I really liked the city, liked sightseeing and exploring a new place. I'd love to go back.
5) Visiting my mom when she went to San Diego for work. The best part was she always got employee discount tickets to Sea World. Those were fun trips.

Feel free to ask for more here.

>.> I still haven't called for the results of my physical last week. *sticks head in sand* I hate doctors.
