[If the Fifth's party is Hitsugaya's treat for the night, then this shall be his trick. Well, it's the trick, regardless.
After much painstaking (and painful) research, Okada has come across the perfect adhesive for the situation. He empties the drawers of Hitsugaya's desk first, to reduce the overall weight. With much effort, he flips the desk over and applies industrial strength glue to the bottoms of the legs. After taking a moment to loosen up, he makes creative use of Bakudou Nine in order to lift it to the ceiling. He releases the kidou, and cringes for a moment, waiting for the desk to fall. But it stays. The biggest hurdle has been overcome.
He repeats the process with Rangiku's desk before moving to glue the chairs to the ceiling as well, giving the impression that the entire room is upside down. Okada dusts off his hands, and takes a moment to admire his work. Yeah, this will freak the captain out wonderfully. He has done well.
Okada quietly slides the door shut behind him as he leaves, and disposes of the empty glue tubes into a random trash bin before heading back to his quarters for the night.
He awaits his captain's explosion, come morning.]
