More wine stuff..
Yesterday I finally got caught up on my wine stuff... YEAH!
Racked the Pyment (thats mead made with grapes). Tastes good. Should be very red wine like when done.
Racked the Honeybell Mead. This was made with Honeybell oranges. Nice orange flavor, nose. Dry
Racked the Orange Blossom Mead. OMFG, this is good. Sweet, Creamy, Complex. Stand in line girls and boys!
For all you sweet mead lovers the last one is for you!
