PA/NJ was alright. semi boring but whatever... i dont think visiting family is supposed to be that much fun anyway, is it? Something about this time was just...weird. maybe my grandfather not being there..? my grandmother however was like up my butt the whole time, ha everytime i like just stood up "deanna, where you going, what are you doing?" ughh. i used to love visiting my family..its just different now, everyone is older and has their own lives. we went out to breakfast at like 7 this morning. tell me what sane people get up to go to breakfast at 7 am? i was like half dead, i hardly spoke. anyway we got there sunday afternoon, traveling on christmas has its advantages, there was like no one on the road, we got there in 4 hours, it was crazzzy. we met the fam at tom and sharons and had dinner... they got the cutest dog.

The next day i went with lauren and some of her friends to the mall. I went psycho in charlotte russe when i saw all the boots were on sale for 10$. I was so excited. I almost bought 3 pairs, but controlled myself to just get one. They're brown cowgirl boots, they're pretty hottt if you ask me. I also bought a couple skirts and a sweater. I love going shopping the day after christmas, everything gets marked down! I'm pretty glad i wasnt working because i bet it was nuts. then when we got back we played "scene it, music". it was fun, my family is psycho. we played it a lot this week. its a good game, im suprised at what i knew. my uncle killed everyone though lol. Tuesday i was bored and watched movies. Ferris and the breakfast club were on tv. later sandy and nick came and we went out to dinner. Wednesday we went to visit dads side of the family in nj. It was nice to see everyone.

so im glad to be home. we got back around 3. i hate long car rides. we hit a lot of traffic in ny. i have to work saturday though..and maybe tomorrow morning.
