Yes, Ginevra. New socks and a bath for both of us. One bath.

That sounds very... refreshing. I'll go run the water, how hot would you like it?

Not too. I'm sure the temperature will soon increase...

I'll not start it off too high, then. We can take care of the rest.

I HOPE YOU GUYS KNOW THAT SEX CAN'T ACTUALLY HEAT WATER.

OKAY, I KNOW YOU'RE NOT MUGGLE-BORN, SO LET'S TAKE A LITTLE LESSON IN CHEMISTRY. YOUR BODY TEMPERATURE CAN ONLY RISE SO HIGH BEFORE YOU DIE. I MEAN, WITH SEX WE'RE TALKING A REALLY NEGLIGIBLE AMOUNT. WATER, HOWEVER, IS NOT ALIVE, AND SO ITS TEMPERATURE CAN RISE, AND THEREFORE FALL, AS FAST AS IT PLEASES. IT'S KIND OF FUNNY BECAUSE THAT MEANS THAT THE ROOM TEMPERATURE WATER CAN ACTUALLY FALL TO BE, ER, LOWER THAN ROOM TEMPERATURE, BECAUSE THE TEENY TINY AMOUNT OF HEAT THAT SEX ACTUALLY CREATES IS NOTHING IN COMPARISON. I MEAN, IN THE END, YOU'LL JUST BE HAVING SEX IN COLD WATER. THAT'S SO UNPLEASANT.

I know you're not regularly getting any, so let's take a little lesson in physical reactions during sex. During sexual coupling, it's common for circulation to increase to various areas of the body, generating a tell-tale flush and producing a very warm sensation. Thus, if the external temperature is too warm in relation to this, it can seem unpleasantly so.

I'm hardly going to draw a lukewarm bath, but there's no need to make it overly hot or we'd feel overheated.

And it's really easy to charm water to maintain temperature so it doesn't go so cold, anyway.

ACTUALLY GINNY, THERE'S THIS FACT ABOUT ME THAT MIGHT SEEM STRANGE TO YOU, AND I DON'T KNOW IF YOU EVER REALISED THIS, BUT SEE, THERE'S THIS GUY CALLED HARRY POTTER. HE'S FAMOUS. OH YEAH, AND HE'S ALSO ME.

That's absolutely fascinating, Harry, but what does that have to do with the fact that you're extremely single?
