Being in shape

Late last month, I realized I lost about 17 pounds or so since December. I did so via lifestyle changes and by that, I mean I actually pay attention to what I eat. I avoid things that are bad and move around a little more. I have since then gained a chunk of that back, but I blame that on tax return money. If you're trying to get healthier, don't go to buffets 3 times a week.

But after this restaurant madness, I should be back to my routine. I imagine I've gained 5 or so pounds since I last weighted myself, which puts me at about 15-20 pounds away from my target weight. With some effort, I can develop a routine that keeps me there indefinitely. Here's to living healthier.
