a concluding part added to a literary work, as a novel.

NOUN. Derived, naturally, from Latin.

definition of: epilogue

My story goes on. And on. And on.

How about yours?

It's hard to stop the story once it's set into the motion, isn't every end another beginning?

Didn't know you were such a big fan of words.

a person who writes a novel, poem, essay, etc.; the composer of a literary work, as distinguished from a compiler, translator, editor, or copyist.

NOUN author

Everyone has an end. Eventually.

I'm... a writer by trade.

Wasn't there someone who wrote about death not being the end? Or am I makin' that up?

Thats- My brother was a journalist. What's your trade?

[ooc: strikes a bit of a side thought, hackable it wanted]

No. I don't mean that death is the end to our stories. Sometimes, though, their story will stop.

Fictional novels. Done a few. Did some children's books. I gave my hand at being a journalist, but it's constrictive.

So... doesn't that mean dead then? Or err- what?

Children's books? You don't seem the type. Or I guess journalist. Always kinda reminded me of a country lord or shit.

I don't think I can describe it well enough.

...I don't? Guess Silent Hill's changed all that, anyway.

Aww, c'mon. Try? I'm interested. Death's always been the end for me, it took everything away and more. There was nothing but... death. So i guess I need it spelled out or something.

You're quite. Only other writer I've ever meet wouldn't shut up. Thought all writers were like curious and shit.

I guess what I mean is... Even after death, that person will always be spoken of. In good or bad, everyone is immortal. Almost everyone, at least; there are people who should be written out. I'm writing someone out of my story.

I'm curious, but I... feel bad if I annoy someone. Anyway, not all of us are that bad.

So the spoken word is the legacy? That's...

Writing someone out? Sounds like a nasty sort of business.

Nah, guess not. But how are you going to get the truth if you don't push?

Hey, tell me something you've written.

[ooc: better watch it harry, he might just be out to adopt you. :3]

It's the truth, especially for writers.

...I promise nothing.

I'm patient. You can push and never get anything out of someone, but if you wait... that's something not a lot of people can do.

Um. I wrote a spy novel called The Eye of the Isle. Torn borrowed my copy. Not sure if he ever got around to reading it.

[ooc: RUH ROH adoption? :O]

Well that's how writing started I suppose, people passing stories and then someone writing it down.

Just was making a comment. It's your story to do with what you will.

Except walk away? Or maybe never tell it at all?

Torn, he's the one that's always hangin' out with the little girl right? I'll have to ask and see.

[ooc: He's cute and reminds him of his brother in an odd way.]
