Summary

On the 30th December 2003, anime-fan993 submitted the fanfic Sino Ka? to fanfiction.net. However, this was a word for word copy of Hieiko's fanfic, archived at The Bookstore from a date previous to this. This is clear, since the site has not been updated since 27th October, 2002, and also because the site runs as an archive for submissions to a message board, and the fic is not present in the submissions after the date of 30th December 2003.

Both Hieiko and I have tried to email anime-fan993. However, according to Yahoo's mailer-daemon, "this account has been disabled or discontinued." I've been googling anime-fan993 and their listed fanfics in various ways, but have not been able to find an alternative email address (variants of the email address also haven't had any success).

I'm slightly unhappy about making such a 'conviction' without having contacted anime-fan993 at all. However, it doesn't appear as if are any other options, and, as I've said above, the case is very clear-cut. anime-fan993's name will, therefore, be added to the List of Plagiarists.
