I took some screencaps and, while by no means complete, my comparison of the fanfics involved, like the original author's conclusion, leads me to believe that the plagiarism was deliberate, with attempts to hide the fact that whole sentences were in fact used in the process.
I PMed the author at the time, and have received no response since, but not long after my PM and either due to the author's own action or that of fanfiction.net, the story has been removed from that site.
Therefore, musicaltheatre273 will be added to the list of known plagiarists.
