The Case Against The-Red-Ballerina
On 13/2/13, jedimaster reported that LizzeXX's Doctor Who stories "Recuperation" and "Alone No Longer" had been plagiarised on Fanfiction.net by The-Red-Ballerina.
The-Red-Ballerina's story had been removed before this incident was reported to us, but screencaps were provided in the original report (and additional ones by email). Reviewing this evidence, it was very obvious that this story posted lifted multiple passages from LizzeXX's work. The original report with this correspondence is here.
I contacted The-Red-Ballerina to notify of the charge against her. She responded by saying, "I felt ashamed, so removed the fic."
The-Red-Ballerina has now changed her pseudonym and has two stories posted on FF.net. I researched those for any recurrence of plagiarism, but found nothing of concern.
Therefore, since The-Red-Ballerina has admitted to plagiarising LizzeXX's works, she will be added to the list of known plagiarists for one year.
