Case against Ruinswood
On August 16, 2012 verbyna reported plagiarism by ruinswood involving Bandom RPF, Saiyuki, The Avengers, and One Direction fandoms here.
ruinswood had since deleted their account but the screen caps provided by verbyna prove the stories were taken and posted in another fandom, with only the names changed.
Love Lockdown posted on A03 (dated 2011-08-16) as a Bandom/RPF story was changed to a One Direction turning all those good hearts away story posted July 4, 2012.
All Our Wires Got Crossed by lifeasacloud posted in the Saiyuki fandom(dated 2011-07-15) was changed to the One Direction fandom in it's not hard to fall on July 6, 2012.
Another story by lifeasacloud, We Spent Our Darkest Days Howling at the Moon from The Avengers fandom on A03 was reported but screen caps were not available and ruinswood had deleted the entry.
It is obvious that ruinswood copied the stories and reposted them after changing the names to suit another fandom.
