Possible plagiarism in the FFVII fandom
At ff.net Victoria Chrystallis posted a fanfic entitled "Consequences" that appears to be almost word for word identical to a published Mills and Boon novel entitled "Ruthless Boss, Hired Wife" by Kate Hewitt. From what I've read, it looks as if only the names have been changed, to tailor the story to the FFVII universe.

I don't own a copy of "Ruthless Boss, Hired Wife" so I cannot say if the entire fic is word for word the same. When Victoria Chrystallis was approached by a fanfic reader querying the originiality of her story, "Consequences" was immediately taken down from ff.net, so only the screencaps of the first chapter remain. You will note that the title of chapter one of "Consequences" is Ruthless Boss, Hired Wife.
