Marvel/Avengers fic plagiarism
Hi guys - on 2 November 2010 I finished a 16 chapter fic for Marvel Noir/Avengers called [ The Tower of Yesterday]. Chapter 1 was originally posted anon on a kink meme, then again on my livejournal on 1 October 2010 onwards and eventually collected in [Ao3] in full.
On 21 June this year I was told by a reader that the first four chapters of the fic had been ripped off word for word [here] by [Kiss My Budapest].

I've reported the issue to FF.net and am still awaiting for their action. A reader suggested that I report the issue here also. Thanks for your time.
