First of all apologies in the lateness of this verdict, I have been struggling with illness and net connections.
On the 11 Jan 2012 sashocirrione reported that ClarissaLawliet had plagiarized 3 fics in the death Note fandom. The original report can be found here
Having compared screen caps of the reported fic and those copied there is a case of plagiarism.

both bmsnakia361991 and Dotti55 confirmed that it was not a case of mistaken identity nor was permission granted to use the works.
Having contacted ClarissaLawliet she did not wish to offer her side of the story however the plagiarized stories are now removed.
Given the evidence ClarissaLawliet will be added to the List of Known Plagiarists.
