Plagiarism in Ringer Fandom

I know its a small fandom, but my story, Siobhan, Version 3.0 posed on 9/21/2011 has been copied word for word onto Fanfiction.net. My story, now renamed Siobhan Martin, Version 3.0 was posted here on 03/24/2012 by CherryRose11I've contacted the author but have received no response as of yet and I attempted to report it on Fanfiction.net but

Hi, I'm mod writinchica2k who will be taking this case. Unfortunately the apparent copied story in question has already been removed and there's no screencaps or caches, but a Google search of the other fics says there may be copies there.

Thank you for responding. When I went back to make screen caps, (which I should have done first off but I was just so flabbergasted that someone had copied something of mine that I wasn't thinking about needing proof at the time, I know better now) she had already removed it.

If someone else's work is being plagiarized and it can be documented as a result I'll count it as a win.
