Decision in the case against Sesshyxkags

On 10/1/2012, Hairann reported that a portion of her story Balance had been used in another story called Once Upon a Noise, by Princess A-ya 101. The original report is here. Once Upon a Noise is now deleted, with apologies to Hairann, and Princess A-Ya 101 advised that she had copied (with permission) from a story put together by another user, Kindalostforideas who has previously used the pseudonym Sesshyxkags. The Kindalostforideas profile is now deleted but the Sesshyxkags identity remains. Apparently, the user has lost control of this particular account.

It is possible that Princess A-Ya 101 could be Sesshyxkags, but based on strong differences in writing style I'm inclined to believe that they are two different people. Sesshyxkags also indicates in her profile that she's around thirteen years old, and again, I'm inclined to believe that also, and ask that comments on her actions be 'proportionate' to her age.

Sesshyxkags quotes in her introduction to Funny Things that

In brief, she acknowledges that much of the story is not her writing, but doesn't credit those sections that are not. Indeed, it seems to be more a random selection of quotes rather than a story as such. I tracked down the following references. The numbering system refers to the numbered sections inside the story.
