The Case Against Fushigi No Kaosu
On October 5, 2011, borderline_mary reported that Fushigi No Kaosu had plagiarized some of her poetry in the Yu Yu Hakusho fandom. We had determined Fushigi No Kaosu to have plagiarized borderline_mary's poetry in the past.
In this case, Fushigi No Kaosu posted several poems on menewsha.com. All of those poems seem to have been copied from others' work.
The same poem was posted on fanfiction.net by Mischieff-Maker.
This poem was originally posted by borderline_mary under another name here. borderline_mary provided a screen cap to show the date that the poem had been posted, which can be found in the original report.
I have contacted the web master at menewsha.com and Mischieff-Maker, but I have not yet received a response. From my searches, though, it does not appear as though Mischieff-Maker and Fushigi no Kaosu are the same person.
