Plagiarism of a story & a blatantly stolen OC
I'd like to report the theft of both a story and an original character. The story theft was almost two years ago, but the character that has been stolen by the thief is still being used today in his fanfiction.
On deviantART, an author by the name of XGBlue stole a story concept, entire scenes, and a character from author colb-a-nater.
Original: Inner Strength by colb-a-nater
Stolen: Ashchu's Dilemma by XGBlue
I understand that both of these fanfics might be a bit long and difficult to read, so I have screencapped the key scenes for you:

And I've also screencapped another stolen scene, where the character of Xander Ketchum (son of Ash Ketchum) is stolen:

I understand that there's still the possibility that the two of them simply came up with similar concepts. However, shortly after posting the chapter, XGBlue openly admitted to stealing the story on the original author's profile: [LINK]. And acted like an asshole about it, to boot.
Despite the plagiarism occurring back in 2010, XGBlue continues to use the stolen character Xander Ketchum and claims him as his own. He writes fanfiction about the character, has him make cameo appearances in other fanfiction of his, and uses him in OC memes.
I'd leave it alone, but the victim of the theft, colb-a-nater, is a friend of mine who was greatly upset by the theft but was too nice to really speak up against it. After seeing continued usage of the character, I decided that perhaps he could at least be discouraged from ever using the stolen character again.
I can't contact the XGBlue myself as I've been blocked by him for unrelated reasons, and any attempt to circumvent that block would mean risking my own deviantART account.
