Case against Green P.Hime
On January 10th, 2011,absofluffiness reported a case of plagiarism by Green P.hime. The original case report can be found here.
The original story in question Once Upon A Baby was reported as it a copy of a story titled Irresistable Forces by Brenda Jackson, with only the characters name being altered. Green P.hime immediately removed this story when made aware of being reported to this community, and the respone I received is below:
"Thanks for taking your time for this, I was about to remove the story, but I have been really busy this days. So, do you want me to give the whole disclaimer in the beginning of the story, or to remove the story? Just let me know and I'll do it, ok? :) Thanks again, Ciao!"
However, another story titled 'The Cheating Wife' is a direct copy of 'The Unfaithful Wife' by Lynne Graham, which is another harlequin published title. In this case the story was an obvious direct copy, again with only the names being changed

I advised via a second PM with the above information and to date have never received an answer and the story 'The Unfaithful Wife' is still posted. A number of the reviews point out it is a re-write of another story and I have requested that Grenn P.Hime have the story be removed.
When Once Upon a Baby was posted it had anauthors note stating "Card Captor Sakura does NOT belong to me, or any of the characters. Unfortunately the story does NOt belong to me either" And an authors note added to The Cheating Wife stating "CCS does not belong to me, or any of the characters, this a rewrite of a book ,the story does not belong to me".
Green P.hime did not indicate the original authors had given permission for the stories to be used this way when I asked, and as they are published works of original fiction I don't believe they would.
Green P.Hime has been given ample opportunity to reply to my enquires or to remove the story, but has done neither.
I will be adding Green P.hime to the list of known plagiarists.
