On September 5, 2010, celtic_flicka posted a case against a possible serial plagiarist on ff.net called NickJonasEqualsLove. The original report can be found here.
NickJonasEqualsLove was contacted via pm on September 11, 2010 and this what the email entailed…
Hi,
It’s been brought to our attention over at the lj community ‘stop plagiarism’, that you are accused of being a serial plagiarist. The original report includes evidence of what appears to be your almost word for word copy of stories posted before yours for a variety of fandoms.

This is your opportunity to respond to me, so I can respond to the community on your behalf, because if found guilty, you can read the community’s profile page for the end result, which includes being added to a list of known plagiarists.
Up to date, NickJonasEqualsLove has not responded to claims of her plagiarism, which has and still is being pointed out by various reviewers and authors of the original stories as comments to her posted fictions.
A subsequent google search was done, revealing NickJonasEqualsLove’s story 'Never Knew so much could change' was listed in a camp Rock community on ff.net created and maintained by Lillianel. Screencap here.
I informed Lillianel via pm of the accusations and proof of plagiarism against NickJonasEqualLove. This is how I approached the situation...
-Hi, I'm a moderator of the community stop plagiarism on livejorunal, which investigates cases brought to the community against possible plagiarists.
Currently, there is a story in your community that is a plagiarized copy of another fic in another fandom. The story in question is never knew so much could change by nickjonasequalslove. If you read the comments to said fic, the original author provided a link to their story.
I'm asking if you would remove the plagiary from your community in respect to the original author. We do not condone the stealing of fics people work hard to create with their own time, and I'm hoping you feel the same. Thank you for your time. -
After checking at a later date, the story in question was removed from the Camp Rock community. Screencap here.
Based on the evidence provided and the lack of response, NickJonasEqualsLove will be added to the list of known plagiarists.
