On Jaunary 5th, an anonymous commenter let me know that someone on fanficiton.net had posted two of my fanfics as their own. The author in question is 'Im-Crazy-Like-That'.
The two stories in question are: (Im-Crazy-Like-That)
1. You Belong With Me (The 'author' even forgets to change the name of the fanfic in the body of the fic from my title to hers) Summary:
One-Shot Sam- much to Dean's amusement- is convinced it's another sign of the apocalypse. Country music.
2. Baby Just Say Yes Summary: One-shot! Second Instalment to 'You Belong With Me' which was previously named 'Five Times Castiel Played A Taylor Swift Song' PURE CRACK I advise you to read 'You Belong With Me' first or you won't understand this.
In comparison to the two fanfics that I posted at eariler dates. (Mine- stangerine88 )
1. Five Times Castiel Played A Taylor Swift Song Summary: Sam- much to Dean's amusement- is convinced it's another sign of the apocalypse. Country music.
2. Love Story...Or Not Summary: In which Sam is in Detroit, Dean needs a helmet, Lucifer plays Taylor Swift and Castiel wants his CD back.
I did contact the author via reviewing on the first fic, asking for the fanfics to be removed but I have the feeling they're not too worried about any repercussion considering they copy-pasted not only mine but ANOTHER author's fanfic.

I took screencaps of the two stories that were stolen from me but it's all there, plain as day. Every word is exactly the same. Is there anything I can do other than contacting the 'author', reporting the plagiarism and warning my flist?
