[ the job was awful. any job away from Kaoru was awful, really, and was more of a stressful chore. he had to bite his tongue so many times it almost bled, and he swore the vein that kept throbbing up on his forehead was going to become permanent. it would ruin his complexion forever!
a de-stress was just what he needed. time with his brother just ... being them. having fun, like the pit the silly toys would be in would house Their World and everything could go back for just ... a few hours.
