Who: Aoyagi Ritsuka overcomplex and Yukimi Kazuhiko onehandedly
What: A little after Ritsuka fell into the dolphin pool, Ritsuka is going to borrow a towel from Yukimi. Since his is MIA and there aren't any around the pool.
When: The night he fell into the pool it wasn't that long ago.
Where: 3-16, Yukimi's room. Then idk. It'll probably stay there.

Yukimi has to wonder what he'd been thinking. Without Miharu and Yoite around and his roommates mostly out 24/7, the room tends to feel, well... empty. It frustrates him to think on how he used to not mind that, or how he didn't even notice it at all when he lived by himself just months ago. Feeling lonely is something kids do. Now he has Yoite (the cat, he has to keep reminding himself.) That should be enough, so... why is he helping that cat-kid again?

Right. Because he's a cat. Not because he reminds him of someone, but because he likes cameras and photography. And unlike some children a few years older than him, he can actually hold a conversation. Clearly that is why Yukimi was being so nice to him ( ... )

That's part of the reason Ritsuka is even here. He's lonely. Not that he'd ever admit it to anyone on this ship (he'd tell Soubi if he were here) because Ritsuka just doesn't tell people what he's feeling if he doesn't know them too well... but he's lonely. He talks to people, but it's not the same as knowing someone.

Without Soubi, or mom, or Sensei or his school friends, Ritsuka feels utterly alone. It hurts. It hurts more than physical pain ever could.

-- he almost jumps at Yukimi's voice asking who it is. Almost, but he doesn't, because he wasn't that out of it while waiting for an answer. But his ears and tail do twitch in surprise. What was he doing here again? He's getting a little dizzy -- feeling tired. Is that a headache ( ... )

It's not like he was expecting anyone else, but it never hurts to be careful. Yukimi nods at the name. 'Ritsuka.' He sounds about the same as he remembers, maybe a bit softer, but that's nothing strange considering it was just a kid.

He opens the door and sees before him the soaked kitten twelve-year-old, clothes visibly heavy and dripping on the floor. Yoite, who until this point had been particularly interested at their guest, approaches Ritsuka but dashes away as soon as he had the misfortune to step on a puddle ( ... )

Ritsuka looks surprised when Yukimi tells him to get into the room. He had figured that he'd get the towel, slosh back to his own room, curl up, and wait for whatever he was coming down with to come and then pass. He peeks into the room, hesitantly, and notices the mess.

"Are...you sure?" he says as he takes a teensy step into the room. This is Yukimi's domain. It's where he lives, and it smells like him. ...Not meant in a creepy way, of course. Ritsuka has always been sensitive to people's scents and not because of the cat thing oh no not at all. His attention quickly goes to Yukimi's comment, You're Already Looking PaleIt's not like it's something he can hide, looking pale, but he doesn't want Yukimi to worry. It's not his problem. He shouldn't worry. It was Ritsuka's own fault he was in this mess, anyway ( ... )
