[Dante saw the message and decided what the hell, he could use a good spar.

He wanders into the training rooms with his giant sword on his back, as usual. He also has a duffle bag that makes metallic clanking sounds.]

Interesting idea for a college class.

I know many here are capable of fighting, and those who do not fight should learn how to defend themselves from any possible threat.

[Ezio eyes Dante for a moment, and his giant sword. He finds it hard to be surprised by such things anymore.]

Can't argue with that.

Well, I already know how to defend myself... [and there's a small smirk there] ...but I wouldn't mind going a few rounds if you want someone to demonstrate on.

[maestro_ezio]

[Ezio smirks as well.]

Tell me then, what is your weapon of choice? Or would you prefer to use no weapons?

[Sure enough, Minato shows up shortly after he said he would, in tow the sword that Ezio may have seen before, as well as a larger katana, intended for two hands.]

[He quietly takes a look about the room. Looked almost like a dojo, only with more weapons. It'd be a nice break from the lectures of previous months.]

[He recognizes both Minato and the original sword, but not the second weapon.

Still, he has fought against a variety of weapons while here.]

I take it that you prefer swords to all other weapons.

It's what I'm most comfortable with, but I can handle a spear or an axe, or just a cestus when needed.

[A petite redhead makes her way into the training room, carrying a katana.]

[She hasn't sparred since Jushiro disappeared, a couple of months ago, and the idea of taking up her sword practice again brings about a sort of bittersweet excitement in her. It feels strange to spar with someone new, but she would never want to let the year and a half Jushiro taught her to go to waste by quitting.]

[And she's always eager to learn.]

[Xigbar's weapons aren't obvious - they never are, until he needs them - but he's not going to turn down the prospect of a proper spar. So he saunters on in, without so much as appearing to care that he's walking into somewhere where fights are going to be happening.]

[Skull Kid sort of stumbled in here on a whim, wondering who would be offering sparring lessons. Was it like that silly old swords master in Clock Town? Oh, he was fun to prank! Maybe this guy will be the same!]

[So you might notice the little masked imp creeping around the training room.]
