What: Dinner party in their swanky new house.

It was about time they finally all moved into a bigger place. While Iceland had been wanting to move for awhile, he decided to wait it out and stick with the 'tradition' of moving in December. It seemed to have more impact that way. Yes, clearly his brothers should be appreciating what he has done and recognize his maturity and adulthood.
Anyway, that didn't matter right now; they're all moved in (finally!), dinner has been made and they can all kick back and congratulate themsevles on getting out of the apartment.
