Admittedly, Terezi hadn't been thrilled at the prospect of being a twirly chair disinfector this month - despite the high likelihood that she would have chosen it herself given the chance, the fact that it hadn't been her choice had seen her set for a long month. Still, she had done what she could to make it fun for herself.
Then the water supply became tainted with alcohol.
Terezi didn't really understand what was different about the water, only that it was definitely different and she was feeling even more mischevious than ever. So she's taking this chance to do what she's wanted to do since she started her job: twirly-chair rides around the ship.
So look out! There's a blind, drunk troll girl rolling through the ship on her trusty steed. Good news; you will probably hear her before you see her. Bad news: she's not being careful about where or how fast she's going.
